Breaded Cheese 100g, 4kg/box Koliber

Edam cheese, coated in a mixture of breadcrumbs and flour. Frozen at -18°C and below. Intended for thermal processing. After thermal processing, the product exhibits the properties of fried cheese with a typical aroma and taste. Thawed product should be fried in a deep fryer at 180°C for about 2 minutes or in a pan with a large amount of oil at 170°C until golden brown for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
