Fond - dark veal broth in paste form
Fonds in paste form offer a range of applications. They can be dissolved in water, as well as in cream or other liquids. The paste can also be reduced in wine to create a thick sauce. The exquisite taste of the fonds in paste is enhanced by adding a bit of butter.
Dosage 50g/l, yield 12 l/package.

Ingredients: starch, veal demi-glace 20.3% (water, roasted veal bones, roasted vegetables (onion, carrot, leek, tomato puree), garlic puree, herbs), flavorings (with wheat, celery), sunflower oil, stabilizer: sorbitol, yeast extract, salt, onion puree, veal extract 2%, wheat protein hydrolysate, dried garlic puree, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), tomato concentrate.
