Description
Pieces of chicken meat seasoned, roasted, and sliced. Deep-frozen product. Roasted part of the chicken carcass – skin-on leg meat in marinade, cut into slices of 5 mm thickness +/-2mm. The length of the slice depends on the width of the leg meat (1.0-12cm). Non-calibrated product. Smaller pieces are allowed (related to breaking slices during cutting; in the entire batch: crumbs ≤ 1 cm² less than 10%, poorly cut 4%, allowed clumps up to 20 g). The amount of glued slices must not exceed 4% in the batch (maximum weight 20g). The presence of feathers and bones is unacceptable. Thin, single pieces of skin are allowed (natural during cutting). Packed in 2.5kg in printed foil.
