Gyoza Dumplings with Beef 30pcs, 600g/10 Ajinomoto

Deep-frozen product made from wheat flour dough, shaped in a characteristic way, filled with a mixture of beef and vegetables. Preparation method: 1. Pour 15 ml of oil into a heated pan, heat the oil, then add the frozen dumplings and fry for 2 minutes. 2. Pour 60 ml of water into the pan, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes under the lid. 3. Remove the lid and fry/cook for about 1 minute until all the water evaporates. In a fryer: fry at 170-180°C for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Boiling: about 3 minutes and 30 seconds in boiling water. Steaming: Steam at 100°C for 5 minutes
