Wine produced using the traditional appassimento method, Wine 923 has a compact robe and an impressive, very rich bouquet. A very intense and abundant bouquet with notes of sweet vanilla and red flowers standing out against a backdrop of dried fruits, roasted nuts, spices, and many unexpected aromas. The taste shows a pleasant, medium-dry entry, quickly softening into a velvety sensation, a very full and structured wine. Recommended as a meditation wine. On the table, it pairs excellently with meat dishes of game, lamb, and very long-aged cheeses.
