Ideal as an aperitif, paired with delicious snacks, it also works perfectly as a sparkling welcome wine alongside raw fish appetizers. Recommended with shrimp tartare and vegetable and white meat dishes. Surprising when paired with fruit-based desserts and cheesecake.
