The vineyards producing Pinot Grigio Valdadige stretch throughout the valley of the same name, from Roveré della Luna to Vallagarina. Vinification: The grapes are gently pressed to obtain the must, which undergoes white vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°-18°. This is followed by aging and stabilization processes before cold bottling. Description: Straw-yellow color, intense and long-lasting fruity-floral nose, with golden notes of apple, lychee, and hay. On the palate, it is dry, with a wonderful character and elegance, with a good balance between body and acidity. Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, and also with not too spicy but slightly fatty dishes such as cheese and cold cuts, risotto, well-seasoned seafood, and white meat.
