Description
Calabrian Salamella (Salsiccia) Piccante by SIMONINI, about 0.32 kg Spianata Piccante is a matured salami made from pork meat, consisting of finely ground meat mixed with bacon, salt, pepper, and paprika. It originally comes from Calabria. The spiciness and orange color are achieved by adding chili peppers. The characteristic shape is obtained by pressing the sausage. Ideal raw, it looks great on a charcuterie board, but can also be used as a pizza topping. Salame Spianata is produced exclusively from pigs born and raised in Italy. For the production of this salami, mainly the pork shoulder and other noble parts are used, which are finely chopped, and the fat is of medium grain. This type of salami is stuffed into natural casings and then pressed. Ingredients: pork meat, offal or blood.
