Characteristics:
This traditional liqueur has been known in Japan since the 17th century and is still crafted in the same masterful way today. Only the best variety of ume plums, grown in Wakayama Prefecture, is used for its production. The resulting aperitif tempts us with its intense aroma and sweet-sour harmony. The alcohol content is 17%. Best served chilled or with crushed ice.

A tried and tested serving suggestion – combine the ingredients in the following proportions: 2/3 Choya Umeshu Extra Years, 1/3 red grapefruit juice, crushed ice.
