Villa Mottura Negroamaro del Salento I Classici is an Italian dry red wine made from 100% endemic Apulian grape Susumaniello. The wine has an intense dark red color with purple reflections. The aromas are dominated by ripe fruits (cherry and blackcurrant) with a pleasant floral note (violet, mallow). On the palate, it is extremely harmonious and full. It pairs perfectly with white meats, fresh Italian cheeses, and Italian pasta based on tomato sauces.
