A popular international variety, Pinot Noir, interpreted by the Friulian Reguta Winery. Deep ruby color. The nose features a bold play of violets, ripe raspberries with a hint of blueberry and a slightly smoky note. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a long finish, very elegant with a well-integrated refreshing minerality. It pairs excellently with sous vide duck, spicy Italian cold cuts (Spianata, Nduja), and Italian pasta dishes based on tomato sauces.
