This Gergenti Organic Frappato, produced from organically grown grapes, embodies the unique charm of Sicily. The grapes are hand-picked in early August. After harvesting, the grapes are left to macerate with the skins for 6 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank. After that, the wine is aged in the bottle for another month. Description: Ruby red color. The aroma is fresh, fruity with notes of berry and red fruits. On the palate, this wine is medium-bodied, harmonious, and smooth. Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, with light dishes, and with white meat. Excellent with cheeses and light appetizers.
