Castell D’or Cabaret Cava Brut Organic is a famous Spanish sparkling wine produced using traditional methods. It is made from three endemic Catalan varieties - Xarello, Macabeo, and Parellada. It features a subtle light golden color with a lasting elegant perlage. The aromas are dominated by fresh and juicy white fruits with a predominance of peach and ripe pear. Enhanced by hints of hazelnuts and toasted notes, it creates a wine that is exceptionally fresh, lively, and crisp on the palate. The wine works well as an aperitif.
