Seriola (Hamachi) fillet with/s 1.2/2.2kg frozen approx. 10kg/box

Seriola (other names yellowtail, hamachi) is found off the coasts of Australia and New Zealand. It has rather dry meat, so it should be cooked or deep-fried. In Japanese cuisine, it is eaten raw, added to sushi. When prepared warm, it is most delicious as grilled steaks, but care must be taken not to overcook it. For preparing seriola, we use delicate, not too intense spices; we can sprinkle it with thyme, bay leaf, and oregano.
