Universal sesame sauce Kikkoman is a ready-made dressing for salads, warm vegetables (e.g., sautéed spinach), as a dip for fried meat pieces, tempura, or sushi. Great with fish and seafood as it has a vinegary, slightly sweet taste of roasted sesame, which neutralizes the "sea" flavor.
