Description
Mushroom soy sauce by Healthy Boy is a naturally brewed soy and mushroom sauce made from specially selected soybeans and enriched with Chinese mushrooms. This vegetarian sauce has a dark brown color, significantly darker than regular soy sauces. It is mainly used to season heavy meat dishes such as stews and some marinades. Due to its very dark shade, it colors dishes, so it is not recommended to add it to light broths or dishes that are meant to remain light in color.
