It is also a wonderful liquid seasoning used in Oriental cuisine for soups, salads, and wherever it can replace salt, adding a deeper flavor and aroma to dishes.

Kikkoman sauce is made from water, soybeans, wheat, and salt. The brewing process lasts six months, resulting in a natural and unique flavor and aroma. The entire process occurs naturally – just as it did over 300 years ago when the Mogi family first began producing the dark brown, intensely flavored soy sauce. This process is 100% natural, and no chemicals or genetically modified ingredients (GMO-free) are used during its production.
