AGING The wine ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, and then for another 3 months in large foudre barrels (22 hl) made of French oak Allier. This process allows for the perfect combination of fruity notes with oak, giving the wine depth and complexity. TASTING NOTE Shiny, dark blue color with a slight, slightly orange reflection on the edge. The nose is elegant, medium-intense, complex – combining the freshness of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry with subtle notes of aging in French oak. Delicate pepper, balsamic accents, roasted coffee, and light smoke add refinement to the whole. On the palate, the wine surprises with a smooth, velvety entry. The tannins are soft and rounded, and the medium-high acidity gives freshness. The long, layered finish leaves a pleasant and lasting impression. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Our Reserva is a versatile partner for bold dishes, perfectly highlighting the flavor of stews, roasted meats, or grilled fish (both white and fatty) in rich sauces. Chef's recommendation: traditional lamb stew, a combination that is memorable.
